Laboratory
As an addition to our McNaughton Learning Center, we provide students with a lab containing the tools and equipment necessary to work on both personal, and class-related projects.
Would you like to test out a circuit you learned about in class? Or maybe troubleshoot your ELEC 490 project? Then come by the student branch office (B-204) and use the lab for free!
The lab equipment includes:
10MHz, 20MHz and 100MHz oscilloscopes
4MHz analog function generators
Multimeters
Microcontroller programmers
Soldering stations
Bread boards
Computers to perform simulations
An large assortment of common and rare, out of production parts.
Library
As part of our McNaughton Learning Center, we provide our members with a selection of books on a multitude of subjects relating to engineering. These books can be lent out to any IEEE member at no cost.
Some book subjects include:
Artificial intelligence
Programming languages
Semiconductor devices and physics
General physics
General and organic chemistry
Design principles
And much more!
To borrow a book, simply pass by the IEEE student branch office in B-204.
Test Bank
Are you looking for past final and midterm exams? Then come check out our wide assortment of exams. The exams can be loaned out to IEEE members at no cost, for a period of one day.
If you have any old finals or midterms, then you can donate them to the IEEE test bank. Because of the large amount of classes given each semester, the test bank depends on your donation in order to stay up to date!
To take a look an exam, or to donate one, please come to the IEEE student branch office in B-204.
