Welcome to RoboWars: Montréal’s annual sumo-bot competition!

Come show your engineering mettle against a slew of participants from Montréal and beyond! Build a robot that can stand its ground and eject your opponents out of the arena!

Participation is unrestricted: students at Concordia or other Montréal universities, members of the Montréal community, or even visitors from outside the city are invited to enter the competition! Some restrictions may apply to the number of robots that may be entered by an individual and to prize eligibility for participants holding a title at IEEE Concordia. Please see the official rules on the RoboWars website for details.

This competition is held annually during EngWeek at the end of February or early March. It is usually hosted at the Sir George Williams campus of Concordia University (Guy-Concordia metro station). Exact location will be announced on the RoboWars website.
